Shipping and Returns

At CRE8 Merchandise, we take pride in the quality of our products and aim to provide the best possible shopping experience. As our products are custom-made print-on-demand items, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the item is faulty or damaged. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
- Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:
- Notification: You must notify us of the issue within 3 days of receiving the item. Please contact our Customer Service team at support@brodiellc.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the faulty or damaged item.
- Return Label: Once your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return label to send the item back to us. The return shipping costs will be covered by us.
- Condition: The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.
- Replacement or Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method. The refund or replacement will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
As all our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for any of the following reasons:
- Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or refunds if you change your mind after placing an order.
- Incorrect Size or Fit: Please carefully review the size charts and product descriptions before placing your order, as we do not accept returns for incorrect size or fit.
- Color Variations: Slight variations in color between the online images and the actual product may occur due to differences in display settings. Such variations are not considered faults or defects.
- How to Make a Claim
To make a claim for a faulty or damaged item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at support@brodiellc.com within 3 days of receiving the item. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the item.
- Receive Return Instructions: Once your claim is approved, we will send you a return label and instructions on how to return the item.
- Return the Item: Pack the item securely and send it back to us using the provided return label.
- Inspection and Resolution: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a replacement or refund as appropriate.
