Shipping and Returns

At CRE8 Merchandise, we take pride in the quality of our products and aim to provide the best possible shopping experience. As our products are custom-made print-on-demand items, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the item is faulty or damaged. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

  1. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

  • Notification: You must notify us of the issue within 3 days of receiving the item. Please contact our Customer Service team at support@brodiellc.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the faulty or damaged item.
  • Return Label: Once your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return label to send the item back to us. The return shipping costs will be covered by us.
  • Condition: The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.
  • Replacement or Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method. The refund or replacement will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  1. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

As all our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for any of the following reasons:

  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or refunds if you change your mind after placing an order.
  • Incorrect Size or Fit: Please carefully review the size charts and product descriptions before placing your order, as we do not accept returns for incorrect size or fit.
  • Color Variations: Slight variations in color between the online images and the actual product may occur due to differences in display settings. Such variations are not considered faults or defects.
  1. How to Make a Claim

To make a claim for a faulty or damaged item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@brodiellc.com within 3 days of receiving the item. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the item.
  2. Receive Return Instructions: Once your claim is approved, we will send you a return label and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Return the Item: Pack the item securely and send it back to us using the provided return label.
  4. Inspection and Resolution: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a replacement or refund as appropriate.
